Periodically, established patients will be asked to update health history so that records remain current. Fox Dentistry does not participate in dental insurance plans. This simply means we will be “out of network” on your plan. If you do have dental insurance, we are happy to complete any paperwork to process your claim. You are responsible for the cost of your treatment, payable on the day of service. Payment plans are available in certain situations. Our office accepts cash, check or credit cards. We can also direct you to additional credit options if requested.
